- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rosie was who I went to first and she had no idea what was going on. I was the one, your xustomer, correcting her mistakes. On top of that she kept asking the other guy Jose for help. After an hour of her trying to process my refund I just asked for the other guy to do it because no way in hell would I trust her. After waiting another hour Jose processed my review and found multiple mistakes that could have cost me close to 1000 back on my refund. After 5 years with you I will NEVER go back and out myself through that. She is a disgrace to your company and cost you a well paying client.By Amber Borchardt, February 01, 2017
